Supporting Women Through Anxiety, Depression & Life Transitions

My Philosophy
Helping Women Find Their Authentic Voice
Hi, I'm Olivia (she/her). Therapy is a valuable tool in improving overall happiness, self-confidence, and quality of life. I work with women on a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, family dynamics, and more. I’m passionate about helping women better understand and express themselves; helping them to lead fuller and more purposeful lives. I practice through a client-centered approach in order to explore past and present experiences and feelings that have made an impact on who you are and how you make your way in the world.
What I Specialize In
Focused Support for Women's Mental Health
Anxiety
Whether it's generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or specific worries about work and relationships, I help women develop practical tools to manage anxiety while exploring its roots.
Depression
Depression can make you feel disconnected from yourself and others. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to process these feelings and rediscover joy and meaning.
Life Transitions
Career changes, relationship shifts, family dynamics—transitions can shake our foundation. I help women navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.
Grief & Loss
From relationship endings to family losses, grief needs witnessing. I provide compassionate support as you process loss in all its forms.
Relationship Struggles
Whether with partners, family, or friends, relationship challenges affect every part of our lives. We'll explore patterns, boundaries, and communication styles.
Family Dynamics
Understanding how your family of origin impacts current relationships and choices can be transformative. We'll explore these connections with curiosity and compassion.
My Approach
Client-Centered, Culturally Aware Therapy
I practice through a client-centered lens, which means:
You Lead the Way
Your goals, values, and comfort guide our sessions
Cultural Sensitivity
I honor how your cultural background shapes your experiences
Holistic Perspective
We consider all aspects of your life—mental, emotional, physical, social
Strength-Based
We build on your existing resilience and capabilities
Present and Past
We explore how past experiences influence present challenges
In our work together, I serve as a mirror—reflecting your thoughts and feelings back to you in ways that promote insight and growth. This isn't about me having all the answers; it's about helping you discover your own.

For Women, By Women
Understanding Your Unique Experience
As a woman, I understand the specific pressures we face:
- •The mental load of managing everything
- •Imposter syndrome and self-doubt
- •The challenge of setting boundaries
- •Navigating sexism in professional and personal spaces
- •The exhaustion of constantly proving ourselves
You don't have to explain these realities to me—I get it. Our sessions can focus on solutions and support rather than convincing me your struggles are real.
Ready to Begin?
Taking the First Step
If you're ready to explore your emotions in a safe space, free of judgment or pressure, I'd be honored to support you. By embracing your unique story and strengths, we can find adaptive coping skills that allow you to flourish.
